As every product is handmade, we do not offer returns. In that case we’ll send you a voucher for further purchases at KaiStatue or give you a discount on your next order.

Payment for pre-orders is usually taken upfront to secure your item. You can pay 50% to secure your order, and then 50% when the order is dispatched.

Yes, you can cancel pre-orders within 7 days of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.
