A deposit may be required depending on the statue and availability. This is confirmed during the plan approval process — we’ll never take a deposit without your explicit agreement first.
Bank transfer, PayPal, and card payments are all accepted for instalment payments. We’ll confirm the best method for your location during the setup process.
We do our best to hold items for 24–48 hours while plans are being set up. For highly limited pieces, a small deposit may be required immediately to guarantee your hold.
Minor adjustments can be made with notice. Significant changes to the structure need to be agreed by both parties. Contact us as soon as possible if your situation changes.
If the manufacturer delays production, your payment schedule adjusts accordingly. You’ll never be asked to complete payments before the statue is ready to ship.
