Don’t attempt any repairs yourself — this affects your claim. Document everything immediately: photograph the damage, photograph the packaging (inside and out), and if possible, film a short video showing the statue and the condition it arrived in. Then submit your claim using the form above with all evidence attached.
We respond to every claim within 24 hours of submission. Simple cases (missing part, minor paint chip) are typically resolved within 5–7 days. Complex cases involving full replacements or professional repairs may take 2–4 weeks depending on studio response times and repair specialist availability.
For repairs, yes — we will arrange and cover the return shipping. For partial refunds, no return is necessary. For replacements, we will advise on a case-by-case basis depending on the manufacturer’s requirements.
We will still process your claim. Clear, detailed photos of the damage and packaging are the most important evidence. An unboxing video speeds things up significantly, but its absence alone won’t block your claim.
A partial refund is a refund of a portion of your order value, calculated based on the severity and nature of the damage. For example, a minor paint chip on a €300 statue would result in a different partial refund than a major structural break. We assess each case individually.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer you either a professional repair or a partial/full refund depending on the extent of the damage. We will always present you with your options clearly before proceeding.
Yes. You choose your preferred resolution — we’ll confirm what’s possible. For minor paint touch-ups or small breaks, repair is often the fastest and cleanest outcome. Our repair network covers all major resin statue types.
We ask that all damage claims are submitted within 14 days of receiving your statue. Claims submitted after this window may still be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Always inspect your statue promptly on arrival.
