You need a minimum of 100 Kai Points to redeem on an order. There’s no maximum — but redemptions are capped at 20% of your order total per transaction.

Yes. Points are calculated on the total order value regardless of how many instalments you pay in. All points are credited when the order is first confirmed.

If your order is cancelled or refunded, the Kai Points earned on that order are deducted from your balance. Points used in a redemption are returned if the full order is refunded.

Kai Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined with another account’s balance.

Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay — after any discounts, vouchers, or points redemptions. Shipping costs (where applicable) do not earn points.
